Rismo is a Berlin fitness brand built around personal growth, strength, and training together. The goal was a video that captures the energy and intensity of a Rismo session and gives people a real feel for the brand.

I worked with Rismo to understand what they wanted to show and planned the content around the group training, the people, and the atmosphere of the session. On set, I shaped shots, framing, and angles to keep the footage focused and true to the brand. During post-production, I gave feedback on the edit, and for the release, I wrote the captions that introduced the video to Rismo’s audience.
